Riders Walk Down Titan Rollercoaster After Power Outage

Thrill-seekers at Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington experienced a terrifying moment on Saturday when a power outage left them stranded on the Titan rollercoaster, forcing them to walk down the steep tracks to safety.

Power Outage Causes Chaos

The power cut occurred after an external construction crew accidentally struck an underground power line. This left several rides inoperative, including the 245-foot-tall Titan rollercoaster. Videos captured by riders show them descending the drop in a single file, gripping railings tightly as they made their way off the attraction.

Swift Response and Recovery

A Six Flags spokesperson confirmed that all parkgoers were safely escorted off the rides. They were provided with complimentary return tickets, and operations fully resumed within approximately two hours. The park was back to normal operations by Sunday.
