All eyes will be on the Midnite Ain't Your Grandad's Bookie Handicap at 5.15 where Newsboy's Nap, What What What, is heavily fancied for victory. The three-year-old, trained by the father-and-son partnership of Mick and David Easterby, has shown a particular affinity for the Newcastle Tapeta surface.
What What What demonstrated his potential with an impressive course-and-distance victory by two and a quarter lengths back in March, a performance aided by a first-time visor. While his three subsequent runs have been below that standard, his latest outing at Redcar 16 days ago was his first start in over five months.
