Kelijoe Tipped For Fakenham Success
The spotlight at Fakenham's seven-race jumps card falls on the Gamble Plant Norfolk Ltd Handicap Hurdle at 2.20. Newsboy believes this is the perfect opportunity for Kelijoe to finally secure a victory at the track. The six-year-old, trained by Stuart Edmunds, has finished second on both his previous visits to the Norfolk course.
After those near-misses, Kelijoe found winning form at Doncaster just before Christmas, scoring a convincing three and three-quarter length victory as the 9-4 favourite. Although the handicapper has responded with a 7lb rise in the weights, Newsboy argues the horse is still well-treated. Newsboy's analysis indicates that Time Tested has several factors in his favour for this contest, making him a compelling bet to follow up the Nap at Fakenham and land the suggested Daily Double.
