When Keith Andrews, aged 45, was promoted from within Thomas Frank's coaching staff to take over as Brentford's manager last summer, following Frank's departure to Tottenham, some observers expressed scepticism. However, Andrews has swiftly silenced any doubters by excelling in his first senior management role, guiding the team to a strong league position and fostering dreams of European qualification among the fanbase.
