Brian Reade: Remove Trump to Make America Great Again

Brian Reade Calls for Trump's Removal Amid Escalating Global Threats

In a stark warning, columnist Brian Reade asserts that the path to making America great again lies in removing what he describes as a "deranged" Donald Trump from power. Reade highlights Trump's narcissistic personality disorder, which he claims is deteriorating, creating a perilous situation for both the United States and the world at large.

The Growing Danger of Trump's Unstable Behaviour

Reade reflects on his complex relationship with America, admiring its foundational egalitarian principles, cultural exports like films and music, and the inherent optimism of its people. However, he expresses deep contempt for the nation's current state under Trump, pitying those who oppose him while scorning supporters who bought into his divisive promises.

During Trump's first term, Reade notes that his actions were often viewed as comical, characterized by daily betrayals and blunders. Now, as Trump's behaviour escalates into what Reade terms "full batsh*t crazy," the situation has turned frightening. Recent incidents include Trump shifting from a lighthearted Easter event with children to issuing aggressive, expletive-laden threats against foreign powers, such as demanding the opening of strategic straits and ominously declaring a "Power Plant Day."

Reade points out that Trump has even threatened to obliterate entire civilizations, driven by a desire for control over resources like oil. Although Trump has occasionally pulled back from the brink, Reade warns that his worsening narcissistic personality disorder means such threats could become more frequent and severe, especially as he ages and his "reign of terror" nears its end.

The Nuclear Peril and Urgent Calls for Action

The columnist underscores the extreme danger posed by Trump's sole authority over more than 5,000 nuclear weapons. Reade speculates that if diagnosed with a terminal illness, Trump might rationalize taking the world with him, unable to bear the thought of not being in charge. This instability, Reade argues, mirrors scenarios where America would advocate for regime change in other nations exhibiting similar erratic leadership.

In response, over 80 Democrats in Congress, along with former MAGA loyalists like Marjorie Taylor Greene, have demanded the invocation of the 25th Amendment, which allows for the removal of a president deemed unfit for office. Reade supports this move, suggesting that regime change in the USA would benefit the global majority.

He concludes by urging American citizens to take action if they genuinely wish to restore their country's greatness, framing it as a critical step for global security and stability.
