MAFS Star Filip Gregov Urges Men to Quit Manosphere

Filip Gregov, a groom from Married At First Sight Australia, has been widely praised after bravely speaking out about his past involvement in the so-called 'manosphere'. The Croatian-born star, who joined Season 13 as a late entrant and formed one of the show's strongest couples with Lithuanian beauty technician Stella Mick, has urged men to free themselves from this digital mindset.

From Breakup to Manosphere

Although Filip ultimately found romance on the programme, he previously fell into the 'toxic' manosphere following a painful breakup. This online community claims to guide men toward successful living but often spreads damaging and misogynistic viewpoints.

Filip's Heartfelt Message

In a candid Instagram video, Filip encouraged fellow men to break free from this 'mindset', calling it 'an absolute waste of time'. He stated: 'It is a sphere that if you stay in, fellas, you are going to stay perpetually single. You are going to be mad, you are going to be confused and you are going to literally be pointing your attention in the wrong direction.'

He continued: 'The way for you to become better in every single way is just that, it is not to pass the baton on and pass the torch on to someone else. You have a chance every single day, whether it is through better habits, better diet, better self-talk, better interactions and harder work ethic, to get better. To attract that person worth attracting to. To not be a victim and to not use anything and your life circumstances as an excuse.'

Taking Accountability

The reality TV star revealed that 'the sphere is toxic for the most part and it will perpetually keep you single', adding: 'There is nothing more than a lot of jaded and bitter men for the most part, and they lack accountability for the most part.' He concluded: 'The answer is not blaming women and it is not blaming anyone else. It is about taking full ownership and accountability and getting better.'

Public Support

Supporters flooded Filip's comments with encouragement, praising him for using his platform to address the issue. One wrote: 'Wow! Impressed! Couldn't have said it better myself. Good for you Filip.' Another said: 'Positive message from a very nice fella.' A third remarked: 'Filip, this is great stuff. You are such an excellent role model.'

Married At First Sight Australia continues on E4 tonight at 7.30pm.
