She claims that co-workers belittled her and mocked her accent, creating a hostile work atmosphere. The lawsuit also states that Vasquez was not reimbursed for expenses she incurred while performing duties at the home of Jenner's boyfriend.
Ignored Complaints and Retaliation
Vasquez asserts that she raised her concerns about the working conditions to Jenner and the relevant companies, but her complaints were ignored. She alleges that the lack of response constituted retaliation, making her situation even more unbearable.
Resignation Due to Intolerable Conditions
The former housekeeper eventually resigned, citing 'intolerable' working conditions. She claims to have suffered from anxiety, stress, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) as a result of her experiences. Vasquez is now seeking damages for unpaid wages and emotional distress.
