Vogue Williams has opened up about an "embarrassing" former boyfriend who caused damage when he felt the focus wasn't on him during a recent episode of her podcast.
Speaker Smashing Incident
The 40-year-old I'm A Celebrity star recounted the bizarre incident on her podcast Vogue and Amber, which she co-hosts with her older sister Amber. Williams described how her ex-partner became upset when conversation wasn't revolving around him.
"He did not like that the focus wasn't on him," Williams explained. "He picked up the speaker and just smashed it on the ground."
The mother of three recalled responding with confusion, telling the man: "What are you doing dude, go away." She added: "Just because we don't want to talk about you all the time, for f**** sake. Some people are just strange aren't they?"
Romantic History Before Spencer Matthews
Williams has experienced significant romantic turbulence before finding her current husband, reality star Spencer Matthews. Prior to meeting Matthews, she was married to former Westlife member Brian McFadden from 2012 to 2017.
The couple first encountered each other on winter sports reality programme The Jump in 2017 and eventually tied the knot. They now share three children - Theodore, seven, Gigi, five, and Otto, three.
Irish Forever Home Plans
Williams has expressed her desire to spend more time in Dublin following the couple's purchase of a £2.4million property in Howth, a coastal beauty spot near where she grew up in Portmarnock.
"It's where I grew up; I want our kids to know it and their Irish roots too," Williams told The Times. "Our new home in Howth is our relaxing space, and it is our forever home. The kids love it and have made their own friends, which is so cute."
Spencer's Reluctance to Relocate
Despite Williams' enthusiasm for their Irish property, Spencer Matthews has revealed he's unable to relocate there permanently at this stage. The former Made in Chelsea star explained his reasoning to the Sunday Times.
"I used to be a bit of a culprit for jokes at Howth's expense, but I quite like it actually," Matthews said. "If I had to live there full-time at this stage in my life and career, I would feel like I'm missing out on the hustle and bustle of London."
The family currently remains based in London due to professional commitments, spending approximately three weeks in Howth during summer, ten days over Christmas, plus mid-term and Easter breaks.
Recent Podcast Revelations
This isn't the first time Williams has discussed personal matters on her podcast. The revelation about her embarrassing ex follows another episode where she expressed fury after receiving what she described as an "insulting" question about her face.
Williams continues to be candid about her life experiences through the podcast platform, sharing both humorous anecdotes and more serious reflections on her journey from previous relationships to her current family life with Matthews.
