Junior and Princess Andre Hint at I'm A Celebrity Appearance

Junior and Princess Andre have hinted they could follow in their famous parents' footsteps by appearing on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!. The siblings, who currently star in their own reality series The Princess Diaries on ITV2, revealed their interest in the jungle-based show during a recent radio interview.

Family Legacy in Reality Television

Their father, singer Peter Andre, and mother, glamour model Katie Price, famously met while competing on I'm A Celebrity in 2004. Their relationship developed throughout the series, leading to their marriage at Highclere Castle in Hampshire the following year. The couple welcomed Junior, now 20, in 2006 and Princess, now 18, two years later before announcing their separation in May 2009.

Since their split, Katie Price has remarried three times, most recently to Lee Andrews earlier this year. Peter Andre is now married to NHS doctor Emily Andre, with whom he shares three children.

"Jungle Babies" Ready for Challenges

During an appearance on Capital Radio, Junior Andre expressed particular interest in I'm A Celebrity, stating: "Strictly seems fun but I think the main show that we would both want to do is, because we actually come from the show, is the jungle, I'm A Celebrity. We're jungle babies so we'd go back to where it all started."

Princess Andre added: "It would be crazy. Strictly I would do but I can't dance. [It] Wouldn't be the best." Junior went on to say they would "get stuck in" with the famous Bushtucker Trials, explaining: "We like challenges, we're very determined. I'm speaking for myself, but I'm speaking for you as well, we would never say 'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here'."

Addressing Love Island Rumours

Princess also addressed speculation about appearing on Love Island, which her mother Katie Price has encouraged while her father Peter Andre joked he would "leave the country" if she participated. She clarified: "I love watching it, I'd love to host it maybe or do something like that but I don't think I'd go on it and actually try and find love."

Junior humorously added he would have "heart failure" if his sister opted to join the dating show.

Successful Reality Series Continues

The Princess Diaries, which follows the famous siblings, has recently returned to ITV2 for its second series and has already been commissioned for a third. The first series attracted over 6.4 million streams, making it ITV2's most successful launch show after Big Brother and Love Island.

Amanda Stvri, Commissioning Editor for Reality and Entertainment at ITV, commented: "Princess dominated side bars and social media throughout the Summer and as our streams show, the ITV audience whole heartedly embraced her."

The potential move to I'm A Celebrity would mark a significant career development for the siblings, connecting them directly to their parents' reality television legacy while establishing their own paths in the entertainment industry.
