US Senator JD Vance has delivered a scathing critique of Europe's political direction, warning that the continent is engaging in what he described as 'civilisational suicide' through its immigration and defence policies.
Speaking at a conservative conference, Vance argued that Europe's dependence on the United States for military protection, combined with its failure to address demographic shifts caused by mass migration, is undermining its long-term stability.

Vance, a prominent Republican and close ally of Donald Trump, accused European nations of neglecting their own defence budgets while expecting America to shoulder the burden.
