Davina McCall Apologises for Comic Relief Co-Star's Live Swearing

Davina McCall was forced to apologise to BBC viewers on Friday night after Nick Mohammed swore during a Comic Relief segment. The presenter addressed the incident live on air following a challenge involving Rubik's Cubes.

During the show, Nick Mohammed, known for his role in 'Celebrity Traitors', was tasked with solving eight Rubik's Cubes in one minute. He was assisted by his friend and former co-star Joe Marler, who was dressed in drag. As the timer started, Mohammed appeared flustered and was heard saying 'f**k' and 's**t'.

However, Mohammed failed to solve any cubes, instead revealing he had arranged them to spell 'sorry' as an apology for betraying Marler on 'Celebrity Traitors'. The audience applauded, and the two embraced.

Davina quickly interjected: 'Before we go any further, we just want to apologise if anybody heard any bad language there. It was a very high-stress situation.' Mohammed seemed unaware he had sworn, asking if the apology was for him, and added: 'I'm not sure, let's not go over it again!'

The evening also saw Davina joined by co-hosts Joel Dommett, Catherine Tate as Nan, and later Katherine Ryan. Greg James revealed he had raised £4,225,939 through an eight-day cycle challenge, prompting a standing ovation.
