Beverley Callard Accidentally Reveals I'm A Celebrity All Stars Final Air Date
Coronation Street actress Beverley Callard has inadvertently disclosed when the grand finale of I'm A Celebrity... South Africa will be broadcast. The 68-year-old star, renowned for her long-running role as Liz McDonald, confirmed her involvement in the second series of ITV's popular spin-off show, which reunites memorable contestants from past seasons to endure harsh conditions and gruelling challenges once more.
Podcast Slip-Up Reveals Key Details
Beverley, who previously competed in the 2020 series filmed in North Wales due to COVID-19 restrictions, initially remained tight-lipped about her upcoming appearance. During a February episode of The Hard Shoulder podcast, she cautiously stated, 'I don't know if I'm allowed to talk about this yet. But you obviously know. Yep, I was shooting it in South Africa. And I can't tell you more than that.'
However, after host Shane Colman remarked that the weather was 'a bit better' during production in Kruger National Park, Beverley accidentally let slip crucial information. She revealed, 'Oh, the weather was great. But the final is on the 24th of April. So it's all still to come.'

Innovative Viewer Voting System
In September 2025, ITV confirmed an exciting first for the series: the public will have the power to decide which campmate is crowned the ultimate legend in 2026 after weeks of shocks, showdowns, and survival challenges. Viewers will be able to cast their final vote during a live grand final broadcast directly from London.
Co-host Declan Donnelly, 50, expressed enthusiasm about the new format, stating, 'Having a live final is an exciting addition to the new series with the viewers choosing their IAC Legend and we've heard some of the new trials are truly epic, even by I'm A Celeb … standards!'
Background and Anticipation
The debut series of I'm A Celebrity... South Africa aired in 2023, featuring contestants such as former boxer Amir Khan, TV personality Gillian McKeith, ex-EastEnders actor Joe Swash, and former Countdown star Carol Vorderman. TV presenter Myleene Klass was crowned the winner and named the first I'm A Celebrity Legend.
Co-host Ant McPartlin, 50, was delighted about the recommission, saying, 'The campmates really brought their A-game to the first series, so we can't wait to be back for more trials, challenges and surprises amongst the beautiful South African landscape.'
ITV has already teased the highly anticipated 2026 series with a sneak peek. On February 21, during a Britain's Got Talent advert break, a humorous clip showed hosts Ant and Dec sitting around a campfire, startled by a mysterious sound. The caption 'Coming soon. I'm A Celebrity... South Africa' appeared on screen, hinting at the imminent return.
Series two of I'm A Celebrity... South Africa will be broadcast on ITV1, STV, and ITVX, promising another thrilling installment of the beloved reality competition.
