A wellness editor has named the Heat Healer infrared sauna blanket as the best for at-home use after testing multiple models over several weeks. The blanket, which uses 96 jade and tourmaline stones for even heat distribution, was praised for its lightweight design and adjustable foot flap that adds six inches of legroom for taller users.
Infrared sauna blankets offer a cheaper alternative to full-sized sauna cabins, providing a spa-like experience at home. The Heat Healer blanket heats up in about 20 minutes and features nine heat levels. It is made from certified non-toxic materials and includes electromagnetic field-blocking technology, with EMF levels comparable to household appliances like bedside lamps.
The blanket comes with a portable carry bag and a waterproof pillow, while a cotton insert is sold separately for hygiene and can be machine washed.
