Sue Radford Reveals 'Nature's Ozempic' Behind Three Stone Weight Loss

Sue Radford, the mother of 22 from the TV series '22 Kids and Counting', has disclosed the secret behind her three stone weight loss. The 50-year-old has faced speculation that she used weight loss jabs, but she insists her transformation is due to a natural supplement called berberine.

Taking to Instagram, Sue shared a link to Vegavero's Berberine tablets, priced at £24.99 on Amazon. The supplement contains 97 per cent berberine, along with piperine, chromium and fermented black garlic, which support its effects. Berberine works by activating an enzyme that boosts metabolism and fat burning.

Sue told the Mirror that turning 50 was a turning point. 'My weight had been creeping up, I was eating too many junk foods and snacks... I've cut out all sugar, pasta, bread, snacks and junk. I've been going to the gym every day and trying to be healthy. I have lost three stone since turning 50 last April and I feel amazing.'

She also addressed the jab rumours, saying her daughter Ellie's battle with Gilbert's Syndrome, which affects liver function, put her off injections. 'It wouldn't really make sense after her daughter struggled with her own weight so much,' she added.
