Amy Tapper's 7st Weight Loss Journey & Anti-Bullying Campaign
Amy Tapper shows off 7st weight loss, hits back at bullies

Reality television favourite Amy Tapper has proudly unveiled the results of her incredible seven-stone weight loss in a powerful new social media post that also serves as a defiant stand against online bullying and unsolicited advice.

A Powerful Message of Empowerment

The 25-year-old Gogglebox star, who has documented her 'emotional' journey for months, shared the update with her followers on Instagram this Thursday. She accompanied a lengthy and touching message with a video clip that meticulously retraced the various phases of her physical transformation.

The inspiring video highlighted the gruelling work behind her new figure, featuring intense workouts with weights, boxing training, and running sessions. Amy beamed with confidence as she posed in a stylish purple sports set, showcasing her dramatically slimmed-down physique.

Reclaiming a Phrase and Fighting Back

In her caption, the reality star addressed the criticism she has faced throughout her life. 'I’ve heard “eat less, move more” my whole life — usually as a dig. So I’m reclaiming it,' she wrote boldly.

Announcing a new collaboration with @chemist4u and @dj_fattony_, Amy explained the campaign's mission is to flip that common phrase into something positive and empowering. 'This campaign calls out bullying, shuts down unsolicited advice, and stands with anyone on a medicated weight-loss journey,' she stated.

She emphasised the personal nature of her own path, describing it as 'personal. Emotional. Mine.' The project also includes an anti-bullying anthem created to support the National Bullying Helpline, with Amy declaring the entire effort her 'clap back' against her detractors.

Fan Support and Medical Details

Fans of the TV personality were quick to flood the comment section with messages of support and admiration. Many penned heartfelt notes, with comments ranging from 'So proud of you!!!' and 'Incredible' to 'Wow love this so much' and 'U look incredible !!! So proud of u'.

Amy has been open about using the controversial Mounjaro jab to aid her weight loss, which she began using in June 2024 after feeling she had exhausted other options. She recently told The Sun about her progress, saying, 'I'm fitting into size 18 clothes for the first time since I was 15 or 16 – it's hard for me to believe.'

She expressed frustration with those who label medication as the 'lazy way out', asserting, 'I don't want people to think that I've sat around for the last 17 years of my life not trying to lose weight. I want people to know that this has been my only option to get this far.' Her weekly dose has increased from 2.5mg to a 15mg dose since February.

The star's transformation was also evident back in July, when she looked sensational in a plunging floral dress at a family wedding. She marked the occasion on her Instagram Story by comparing a photo of herself in the same dress from a year prior, writing, 'What a difference a year can make! Same dress, different print and 3 sizes smaller.' By April, she had already revealed an impressive six-stone weight loss, proudly displaying the results of her dedication and hard work.
