Oregon-based plastic surgeon Dr. Sean McNally, who has never treated Hilton directly, analysed recent pictures and suggested she has likely had work done.
'The two things that stand out the most for me are how open her eyes look which is likely due to an upper blepharoplasty and the angle of her brows and eyes have changed,' Dr. McNally exclusively told the Daily Mail. 'They're both more canted up laterally which is likely secondary to a temporal brow lift.'
He further speculated on non-surgical interventions, claiming, 'Her lips are definitely done and I suspect that she has also been getting filler to her midface to help maintain her natural fullness in this area.' Regarding her seemingly flawless skin, he attributed the lack of age spots to a combination of a solid skincare routine and regular maintenance with treatments like IPL and lasers.

Kathy Hilton has been open about the considerable effort she invests in her skincare regimen. She previously revealed to US Weekly that she uses an at-home laser treatment called The Lyma Laser, which she describes as 'amazing.'
