Coroner Bisset stated: 'Jasper Gunton was born and died on the 21st December 2023 at his home address. He was born following a pregnancy which had been concealed and had not benefitted from antenatal care.'
The coroner continued: 'After his birth, Jasper did not receive medical attention and he was taken to bed with his parent who fell asleep with baby Jasper on their chest. In the morning, Jasper was found unresponsive and despite resuscitation attempts by paramedics, was pronounced dead.'

Coroner Bisset concluded: 'It is not possible to determine what caused Jasper's death, which occurred in the context of a pregnancy and birth without medical assistance.'
