The RSPCA has launched a public appeal after receiving alarming reports of animal cruelty, releasing distressing CCTV footage in hopes of identifying those responsible.
The footage, captured in a quiet residential area, shows disturbing behaviour towards an animal, prompting the charity to take immediate action. Officers from the animal welfare organisation are now urging anyone with information to come forward.

RSPCA Inspector Emma Smith described the incident as "deeply concerning" and called on the local community to assist with the investigation. "We rely on the public's help in cases like this," she said. "Someone out there knows something, and we need them to speak up."
Witnesses or anyone who recognises the individuals in the footage are encouraged to contact the RSPCA's emergency hotline immediately.
