Jeremy Clarkson has expressed his fury over a 'massacre' in the newest episode of Clarkson's Farm. The fifth season of the hit Prime Video series has released two brand-new episodes, and viewers witness yet another maddening setback for the former Top Gear host.
In earlier episodes, Diddly Squat Farm welcomed unexpected new residents: a flock of Guinea fowl donated by one of Clarkson's daughters. In episode five, Clarkson explains how his partner, Lisa Hogan, called him back to the farmyard because things had gone suspiciously 'too quiet.' Guinea fowl are known for being boisterous birds, so silence raised alarm bells.
Clarkson's eldest daughter, Emily, had given him the birds, but he soon realizes they are missing. Searching the area, he exclaims 'Oh s***' upon spotting Guinea fowl feathers strewn across the grass. Moments later, he discovers a dead Guinea fowl, then another, and another. 'That's a fox, isn't it? Just killing for fun,' he concludes, branding the fox a 'murdering b******.' One bird survives by flying into a tree.
Later, Clarkson checks on the surviving bird only to find it also fell victim to the fox. 'Oh no, f*** sake, this is just beyond belief,' he exclaims, holding up the decapitated bird. 'It's just bitten its head off, it hasn't even eaten it. He's had the lot.' Clarkson then turns his attention to his agricultural robot, purchased to ease farm work after his health scare.
Clarkson's Farm season 5 is streaming now on Prime Video.
