Over the last two years, BBC audiences have followed friends Rob Rinder and Rylan Clark on their global adventures.

In 2024, their Grand Tour programme saw the three-part series take them to Venice, Florence and Rome, where they delved into Italy's artistic heritage, history and cultural treasures.

The following year, their Passage to India series documented their journey across the country, retracing the steps of novelist E. M. Forster.

The duo are now preparing to reunite once more, with viewers set to see them venture to Greece later this year.

During Wednesday's This Morning (June 17), he discussed their forthcoming travel programme with presenters Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley.

Cat remarked: "One of my favourite shows is when you and Rylan go off on your travels together. I love the funny bits, I love the sad bits, I love the bits when you're floating down the River Ganges talking about life. It's a dream job!"

Rob responded: "It is an exquisitely dream job, to do it with someone who is so intelligent and who I genuinely, in a very benign way, let me be clear, in a platonic way, love."

When Ben noted their contrasting cultural references, Rob explained this allows him to gain insights from his companion.

Rob continued: "The whole point of it is that we learnt from each other and there's no big hierarchy of art or culture. If you delight in something, you should not only enjoy it yourself, but also bring as many people into it as well."

Speaking about the forthcoming series, Rob hinted that Rylan attempted to introduce him to one of his own pastimes, which didn't exactly go to plan.

Revealing that they'll next be filming in Greece in the autumn, he said: "I don't want to say too much about it, but he did try to teach me how to DJ."

Ben enquired: "How did that go?" Responding in just two words, Rob confirmed: "Not well."

The 48-year-old quipped that he hadn't a clue what was happening, telling the ITV hosts that he 'parties like it's 1899'.

Rob continued: "By the end, he got so frustrated with me. But, here's the thing, what I realised, I come to that world with my own bias and assumptions."

"Of course, doing that properly, you're not just pressing buttons. It's real musical skill. I watched him do it, and I was like a proud mum."

Both of Rob and Rylan's travel series are available to watch on BBC iPlayer. This Morning is available to watch on ITV weekdays from 10am.
