The fourth season of the hit BBC drama 'Industry' has premiered in the UK on Monday 12th January 2026, airing weekly on BBC One and BBC iPlayer. The series, which also streams on HBO and HBO Max in the US, consists of eight episodes.
This season shifts focus away from Pierpoint, exploring wider themes as the world outside finance impacts the main characters. Returning stars include Myha'la as Harper and Marisa Abela as Yasmin, alongside Kit Harington as Sir Henry Muck. Abela teased that Yasmin and Henry's marriage is 'spinning out of control', with Yasmin acting as a caregiver to a resentful husband.
New cast members include Charlie Heaton (Stranger Things) as finance journalist Jim Dycker, Claire Forlani (Departure) as corporate PR heavyweight Cordelia Hanani-Spyrka, and Kal Penn (Designated Survivor) as Jay Jonah Atterbury, CEO of payment processor Tender. Max Minghella (The Handmaid's Tale) plays Whitney Halberstram, CFO of Tender, described by co-creator Mickey Down as a 'monster' whose motivations will be drip-fed throughout the season.
Other new additions include Kiernan Shipka as executive assistant Hayley Clay, Jack Farthing as Henry's troublemaking friend Edward Smith, Toheeb Jimoh as trader Kwabena Bannerman, and Amy James-Kelly as newly promoted minister Jennifer Bevan. Returning characters include Henry's uncle Alexander, Viscount Norto, his godfather Otto Mostyn, and James Ashford (Tom Stourton).
The season has received critical acclaim, earning a 100% score on Rotten Tomatoes. Episodes are released weekly, with the premiere already available on BBC iPlayer.
