Emmerdale spoilers reveal that Mackenzie Boyd is arrested next week and accused of attempting to murder Caleb Miligan, following the character's brutal cliff fall on Thursday night. Caleb was left bloodied and motionless at the bottom of the cliff, with the attacker's identity initially unknown.
The attack came after a day of reckoning for Caleb, as residents turned on him following the revelation of his plan against Kim Tate. Caleb taunted several villagers, including Moira, Cain, Will, Mackenzie, and Leyla, making enemies in the process.
In the aftermath, Chloe Harris and Charity Dingle both worry that Mack might be the attacker. As Mack tries to play dumb with the police, his alibi fails to match up when Chloe cannot corroborate his version of events. The police then arrest him and grill him at the station over the assault, leaving him panicked.
It remains unclear whether the police have the right man or if Mack will be charged, as Caleb's fate is still unknown. Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
