Brooklyn Beckham Drops Second World Cup Ad Amid Family Feud

Brooklyn Beckham has seemingly intensified his family feud by releasing a second installment of his controversial World Cup advert. The estranged son of David and Victoria Beckham had already sparked outrage with a cryptic campaign widely interpreted as a dig at his famous parents.

New Ad Revives Mysterious Message

In the follow-up clip for food delivery giant DoorDash, Brooklyn doubles down on the same enigmatic message. He says: "You're probably wondering why I'm watching the FIFA World Cup 2026 from home. It's not like I don't have tickets. Um...it's because... it's a long story."

The 27-year-old then opens the door to a delivery driver and hands over his tickets. Pointing to them, Brooklyn adds: "These can go to someone... else. Put them somewhere fun."

Family Drama Reference

The new ad follows the first video, which ended with the words: "It's complicated. More soon." Many fans view the campaign as a nod to Brooklyn's bitter fallout with David and Victoria, which became public earlier this year. Critics have accused him of capitalizing on the family drama, while TV presenter Lorraine Kelly questioned his financial motives.

The latest clip is likely to add insult to injury for the Beckhams, as it arrives amid fresh tensions over the rift. Just days ago, Brooklyn's camp accused his parents of "choreographing" a brief visit by his sister Harper to his Beverly Hills home after photographers were spotted outside.

Public Reaction

Sharing the latest advert on Instagram, Brooklyn wrote: "Asked @doordash to go drop my FIFA World Cup 2026 tickets for you guys... happy hunting." However, the ads have been widely branded a gaffe. One person racked up over 2,000 likes after commenting: "This is a giant PR miss." Another wrote: "Anyone over 30 grew up watching and admiring your parents…..we're all just laughing at you mate."

Family's Response

Brooklyn's apparent readiness to twist the knife contrasts sharply with his family's approach. When father David was asked about the rift at the unveiling of his Hollywood star, he refused to respond, saying: "To be honest, I'm sorry to stop you there, but that's a private matter. That's the one thing that I don't want to talk about."

His brother Romeo was similarly questioned in the street about the estrangement by a photographer, to which he simply replied: "We love him. We love him."
