Jack Butler, a 29-year-old personal trainer from Essex who made it to the final of BBC One's The Traitors as a Faithful, has shared an emotional update following the show's finale. The series, which concluded with Traitors Rachel Duffy and Stephen Libby winning the 2026 season, saw Jack survive all 12 round tables without receiving a single vote—a first for a Faithful.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Jack wrote: “Don't worry…. We're all friends now. What a journey. I cannot believe it's all over! I feel SO lucky and so grateful to have been a part of this incredible game with a group of the most phenomenal, beautiful people.” He congratulated the winners and expressed pride in being “the last Faithful standing” and the first to last all 12 round tables with zero votes.
Jack, who signed up for the show to step out of his comfort zone, said: “First and foremost, I’m a massive fan of the show. I want something that’s going to take me outside of my comfort zone.” He noted that the missions were physically demanding and required constant mental focus, adding: “You've got to be so locked in both physically and mentally.”
As a Faithful, Jack’s strategy was to keep the spotlight off himself for as long as possible—a tactic he maintained throughout the series, with his strong mission performances being his only notable moments. Fellow contestant Jessie commented on his post: “Love you JDHD brother,” while fans praised him as a “genuine, lovely chap.”
