Taylor Swift Granted Restraining Order Against Alleged Stalker

Taylor Swift has been granted a temporary restraining order against a man who allegedly stalked her at her Los Angeles home and claimed they shared a child.

Brian Jason Wagner, 45, from Colorado, reportedly visited Swift's home numerous times between July 2024 and May 2025. In a court filing, Swift stated that Wagner made false claims about living at her property, being in a relationship with her, and believing she is the mother of his son.

On one occasion, Wagner allegedly held a glass bottle that could have been used as a weapon. Swift said the visits made her fear for her safety and that of her family.

The restraining order requires Wagner to stay at least 100 yards away from Swift. A more permanent order may be issued after a hearing scheduled for 30 June.

Swift has faced multiple stalkers in the past, including incidents in 2017, 2018, and 2020, with several individuals convicted.
