Celebrity Traitors Finale Leaked Online Hours Before BBC Broadcast

The finale of Celebrity Traitors has been thrown into disarray after the entire episode was leaked online, just hours before its scheduled broadcast on BBC One. The episode, which sees the final five contestants—Alan Carr, Cat Burns, Joe Marler, Nick Mohammed, and David Olusoga—competing for a charity jackpot, was reportedly uploaded early by Canadian streaming service Crave.

Fans have taken to social media to warn others about spoilers, as Canadian viewers who watched the episode before it was taken down shared the result online. One concerned fan wrote: "PSA: The finale of the Celebrity Traitors was accidentally leaked in Canada yesterday. Stay away from Traitors news and communities if you don't want to get spoiled." A Canadian viewer added: "I am one of the lucky Canadians who saw it. I'm no Traitor to my fellow Faithful fans!"

The episode has since been removed from Crave, but not before hundreds of people had watched it. One viewer noted: "They must have been quick removing it. I forgot it was Thursday only for the finale, logged into Crave to watch, and I couldn’t. This was about three hours after it would typically be released on a Wednesday." Another said: "My sister and my friend managed to watch before it got pulled down."

The BBC has released a teaser trailer for the finale, showing the remaining contestants walking through the eerie halls of the Traitors' castle. Host Claudia Winkleman is heard telling them: "Players, this is it. Who can you trust? Who is on your side? For the final time then, the floor is yours."

Earlier today, former contestants Kate Garraway and Clare Balding discussed their feud on Good Morning Britain, with Kate accusing Clare of calling her a Traitor behind her back. The exchange grew heated, with Clare insisting she never put Kate's name down at the roundtable.

Celebrity Traitors airs tonight at 9pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
