Strictly Come Dancing has officially confirmed the professional dancer line-up for the upcoming 2026 series, featuring a blend of familiar returning stars and fresh new talent. This announcement comes on the heels of the departure of five professional dancers—Luba Mushtuk, Nadiya Bychkova, Karen Hauer, Gorka Marquez, and Michelle Tsiakkas—who were let go from the show earlier this year.
Returning Professionals
Long-standing favourites such as Dianne Buswell, Amy Dowden, Katya Jones, Neil Jones, Johannes Radebe, and Aljaž Škorjanec are all set to return. Additionally, Nikita Kuzmin, Jowita Przystał, Lauren Oakley, Vito Coppola, reigning champion Carlos Gu, and last year's newcomers Julian Caillon and Alexis Warr will be back on the dance floor.
New Faces and Judges
The BBC has also confirmed that new professional dancers will join the cast, though their identities will be revealed closer to the show's return in Autumn 2026. The judging panel remains unchanged, with Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, and Anton Du Beke all returning to assess the celebrities' performances.
This shake-up marks a significant transition for the beloved dance competition, as it continues to evolve while retaining its core appeal.
