Loose Women panellist and TV favourite Stacey Solomon has unleashed a blistering critique of the National Television Awards after her hugely popular BBC show, Sort Your Life Out, was conspicuously absent from this year's shortlist.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, the incensed presenter didn't hold back, branding the oversight "ludicrous" in an expletive-laden video seen by her millions of followers. The show, which helps families declutter and transform their homes, has been a ratings hit and has garnered a devoted fanbase.
"I just found out that Sort Your Life Out hasn't been nominated for anything," a fired-up Solomon declared. "What the hell? It's the best show... I'm so sorry to everyone who works on it. It's ludicrous."
She directly challenged the awards body, demanding answers: "National Television Awards, sort it out! What is going on? How has that happened?"
This isn't the first time Solomon has voiced her frustration with the NTAs. She previously expressed similar dismay last year, highlighting a perceived ongoing issue with how certain genres of television are recognised by the voting process.
Her passionate defence of her team and their work has resonated strongly with fans, who quickly flooded social media with messages of support and agreement, many echoing her sentiments that the show was unfairly overlooked for a nomination.
