Reality TV star Khloe Kardashian gave her fans an intimate look into her family's New Year celebrations, sharing a heartwarming Instagram album on 1st January 2026.
New Year Snaps with True, Tatum, and Nieces
The 41-year-old founder of Good American posted photos featuring joyful moments with her two children. She was pictured cuddling her daughter True, seven, and son Tatum, three, both of whom she shares with her ex-boyfriend, NBA player Tristan Thompson.
In the candid shots, Khloe is seen sharing a sweet kiss with her young son and laughing heartily as they welcomed the new year. She accessorised for the occasion with a fuzzy hat adorned with stars and the words 'Happy New Year,' along with pink plastic party glasses shaped to read '2026.'
The festive gathering also included members of her famous family. Her niece Chicago, seven—one of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's four children—joined the fun. Kim and Kanye's youngest, six-year-old son Psalm, also appeared in a selfie with Khloe and True.
"Happy New Year!!!" Khloe wrote in her caption. "May 2026 brings us all God’s blessings, deep peace, great health, strength and unity in family and sweet love in abundance. May we all create some beautiful memories for 2026. Cheers."
Behind the Scenes of the Kardashian-Jenner Christmas Bash
The New Year album follows a revealing conversation Khloe had with her mother, Kris Jenner, 70, about their legendary annual Christmas Eve party. The tradition, started by Kris in 1978, has become a star-studded fixture.
On her podcast, Khloe in Wonderland, the television personality didn't shy away from asking her manager-mother the burning question: "Has anyone ever hooked up at one of these parties?"
After Kris claimed not to know, Khloe probed further, asking, "Had sex? Given a blowie? I don't know. Under the table…" Kris then turned the question back on her daughter, to which Khloe, whose last public relationship was with Tristan Thompson, replied, "I don’t think so."
Khloe admitted her usual Christmas Eve goal was to be "incoherently drunk," a feat she said she hasn't managed in recent years. "I've had great, wild times," she added.
A Party That Grew Into an Institution
The event began when Kris was a Beverly Hills housewife married to Robert Kardashian. She hosted every year until the guest list ballooned to between 200 and 300 people as her children's fame grew. The hosting duties now rotate among family members.
This year's party appears to have been held at the home of Khloe's half-sister, supermodel Kendall Jenner, 30. Khloe expressed relief at not having to host, telling Kris, "I don't want that many people in my home."
Kendall herself hinted at a more intimate affair for the 2025 festivities, telling People magazine, "We're doing a smaller one again this year, and I'm really happy about it. And so it'll be cozy vibes."
The party's planning is a serious family affair, coordinated via a shared Pinterest board and meetings with renowned event planner Mindy Weiss, 56. Khloe noted that family members who skip the planning meetings forfeit their right to complain about the details later.
Over the years, the guest list has read like a who's who of celebrity, including Jennifer Lopez, Elon Musk, Dave Chappelle, John Legend, and Paris Hilton. Even Sean 'Diddy' Combs attended before his highly publicised legal downfall.
Kris Jenner also revealed she loves incorporating the family's business ventures into the party, from Kim's SKIMS to Kendall's 818 tequila, a habit Khloe teasingly called a "shameless plug."
