Jennifer Lopez stripped down for a bath as she promoted her beauty line in a sizzling video shared to her Instagram page on Wednesday. The 56-year-old singer, who recently flaunted her ageless figure in Los Angeles, talked to her 242 million followers about the importance of skincare as she relaxed in the tub.
It comes shortly after it was revealed that the actress re-listed her former Ben Affleck marital home at a massive loss. Lopez filmed herself as she kicked off the lighthearted reel by greeting her fans.
'I'm in my bath and about to go to bed,' she explained while grabbing a product from her JLO Beauty brand. 'Just finished washing with my JLO Beauty cleanser. And I was thinking that great skin is not something that just happens. It's not something that you just get. It's something that you create and you create it everyday.'
The On The Floor songstress then gave insight into her skincare regime. 'Because I was thinking, I just did my cleanser. I'm going to put my serum on. I'm going to put my eye cream, my moisturizer, my Beso Balm, my neck serum, do all the things.'
The star added that she will then repeat the same routine when she wakes up in the morning. 'And that's what creates good skin. You. You create it. Every single day, just like anything else you want in your life,' Lopez expressed while resting her hands on the edge of the spacious bathtub.
Towards the end of the video, the star offered positive words of encouragement to her followers. 'Any dreams you have. You want a great job, you want a great relationship, you want whatever it is. You create it, by the choices you make. By being consistent, every single day,' Lopez continued as she sent a small smile towards the camera.
She also jumped to her Instagram stories to upload a sultry selfie as she wrapped a towel around her upper chest while sitting at a vanity. Her long locks flowed down naturally behind her as she took the snap in the reflection of a mirror. Lopez had yet to remove her full glam of makeup which comprised of a layer of mascara to her lashes as well as a smoky shadow around her eyes. A warm blush was added to better accentuate her cheekbones while a nude-colored glossy tint was worn on her lips.
The singer's latest Instagram activity comes not long after it was revealed the star has re-listed the residence that she once shared with ex-husband Ben Affleck. Earlier this week on Tuesday, Lopez put the home back on the market for the third time for $49,995,000, per TMZ. The former couple, whose divorce was finalized last year in January, had initially purchased the house in May 2023 for $60,850,000.
The following year after their split, it was listed on the market at nearly $68 million in July 2024. However, the actress has now lowered the price by nearly $20 million to help offload the property. In April, it was revealed that Affleck gave 'his share' of the mansion to Lopez.
In legal documents obtained by the Daily Mail, Lopez and Affleck had amended their property settlement when their divorce was finalized. And on April 9, the stars added a 'stipulation and order' to modify specific terms of their estate. The updated terms state that Lopez, 'shall be solely responsible for all expenses [associated] with any future sale of her interest in the Wallingford Residence, including but not limited to broker's commissions, applicable taxes, closing costs, etc.'
The former couple also noted that there will be a 'transfer of property' sometime in the future, but it is not known when the pair intend to relist the home once again. The actress signed the agreement on March 31, followed by Affleck doing the same on April 1. Sources told TMZ that the actor 'gave up' his share of the sprawling mansion 'for free', which leaves Lopez to take the profits from the sale.
The performer has also been focusing on a separate property. Only weeks earlier, she unveiled her newly completed $21 million Hidden Hills mansion after massive renovations. Lopez snatched up the spacious abode last year in February in the gated neighborhood where stars such as Kim Kardashian also reside. In new aerial photos, the lavish 10k-square-foot property could be seen surrounded by green trees for privacy. Her home additionally contains horse stables, a private paddock and other detached outbuildings.
The renovations on the residence began not long after she purchased the Hidden Hills home in February 2025. A source previously told the Daily Mail, 'Jennifer is renovating the home to her satisfaction. She is spending a lot of money because it's big: there is the main house, the pool house and a guest house.' The insider added that the On The Floor hitmaker 'renovates every home she moves into because she wants a certain look, the JLo touch, which makes the place her very own.' Back in June of last year, tarps could be seen covering portions of the abode in the midst of construction.
