Jane Seymour Radiates Youth at LA Magazine's Women of Impact Luncheon
Jane Seymour, the celebrated actress, appeared remarkably youthful while attending LA Magazine's Women of Impact Luncheon on Friday in Los Angeles. The 75-year-old star captivated onlookers in a sleeveless, figure-hugging blue dress that highlighted her trim waistline and toned arms. The knee-length frock was complemented by backless heels featuring perspex straps, and she occasionally added a white blazer to the spring-ready ensemble.
Seymour's Fitness and Wellness Secrets Revealed
Earlier this week, Seymour used TikTok to share insights into how she maintains her fit figure as a septuagenarian. In a video, she flaunted her physique in a black sports bra and leggings, captioning it with the message, 'staying strong at 75.' She emphasized in the description, 'Staying strong, stretching, and smiling at 75. I love Pilates!' demonstrating her mastery of various machines, including a traditional Pilates reformer.
The 5'4" actress, who wears a size 4 and has maintained this size since her teenage years, recently told DailyMail about her dietary habits. 'I love the Mediterranean way of eating. It works so well and it tastes good. It includes a lot of delicious food like tomatoes, olives and fish,' she shared. Another key practice she follows is having one substantial midday meal. 'I start the day with coffee and hard boiled eggs for protein, and it isn't until later, around lunch time, that I have a full meal because then I can really enjoy it,' Seymour explained. 'I love fish and vegetables, and grow many greens in my backyard, which I love to use.'
Other Notable Attendees at the Luncheon
Olivia Munn, 45, the magazine's March cover star, arrived at the event in a cream-colored ankle-length dress that was low-cut and accentuated her cleavage. Earlier this month, she expressed online that the accompanying photo spread for the LA Magazine cover was 'one of my favorite shoots,' and praised her conversation with editor Jasmin Rosemberg as 'amazing.'
Munn posed alongside Corinne Foxx, 32, daughter of Jamie Foxx, who commanded attention in a white mini dress with an asymmetric shoulder strap, paired with nude-colored open-toe heels.
Jennie Garth, 53, attended with her daughter Lola Ray Facinelli, 23, whom she shares with ex-husband Peter Facinelli. The mother-daughter duo coordinated in dresses of varying brown shades. Facinelli's sleeveless dress featured pleated accents and a keyhole cutout at the chest, worn with round-toe lavender flats and light makeup. Garth, promoting her new memoir I Choose Me: Chasing Joy, Finding Purpose & Embracing Reinvention, wore a long-sleeved satin dress with pointed-toe white flats and loose blonde hair in a center part.
Garth was married to Facinelli from 2001 to 2013, and they also share children Luca, 28, and Fiona, 19. The former Beverly Hills, 90210 actress married Dave Abrams in 2015 and will begin an eight-stop book tour on April 14.
Scheana Shay, 40, also graced the event at The Beverly Hilton, stunning in a skintight brown dress with off-the-shoulder sleeves.
