In a raw and emotional moment on Tuesday's episode of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!, Jack Osbourne was moved to tears as he opened up about the recent death of his legendary father, Ozzy Osbourne.
An Emotional Campfire Confession
The poignant scene unfolded around the campfire, where Emmerdale star Lisa Riley gently asked Jack about his dad. The 40-year-old reality star, who had entered the ITV jungle camp just the night before, admitted that the Black Sabbath frontman's passing in July of this year was a profound shock.
'It was definitely a shock,' Jack confessed. 'We knew he was sick for a while but it was definitely a shock. We didn’t know it would be that quick.' He poignantly described his father's final act as 'the ultimate mic drop,' adding, 'he did a massive big gig and was like, alright I’m done.'
At this point, Jack became visibly upset, wiping away tears as Lisa Riley offered her support and comfort.
Ozzy's Support and Jungle Challenges
Composing himself, Jack then reflected on what his father would have thought of him joining the reality show. He shared with the camp that Ozzy would have been 'so supportive of this.' Later, in the private Bush Telegraph confessional, Jack revealed the ongoing difficulty of processing his grief, stating, 'I’m still navigating it all, it’s been three nearly four months and so it’s still pretty fresh.'
Elsewhere in the episode, the camp's focus shifted to a treat-winning challenge. Fellow campmates Kelly Brook and Martin Kemp bravely took on the 'Dingo Balls' trial, a game combining general knowledge, bingo, and balls.
Triumph and Chocolate
Inside a 'Bingo booth', Kelly and Martin were quizzed on trivia, such as 'How many lines are there in a Limerick poem?' For each correct answer, they had to place corresponding balls on a bingo board. The duo triumphed, guessing 5 out of 5 answers correctly, though Kelly took a tumble upon exiting the booth.
Their success continued when the camp received a phone call. To win chocolate, they had to answer which number was higher: the number of movies Kelly Brook has acted in or the number of UK top 40 singles by Spandau Ballet. Correctly guessing Spandau Ballet, the celebrities secured a sweet prize for the camp.
