A Native American prophecy from the Hopi tribe has resurfaced, drawing attention for its description of a 'True White Brother' who wears a red cap and is said to change the world. The prophecy, which was brought to the United Nations in 1992 by Hopi spiritual elder Thomas Banyacya, speaks of a figure who would appear during a time of technological advancement and turmoil.
According to the prophecy, the 'True White Brother' will be all-powerful, wear a red cap or cloak, belong to no religion, and be large in population. Some commentators have drawn parallels to Donald Trump, whose signature red 'Make America Great Again' hats have become iconic. The SundayCool podcast, which explores unusual stories, discussed the prophecy and suggested that Trump could be the figure in question.
Banyacya's prophecy also mentions two helpers: one associated with the swastika and another with the sun. Podcast hosts speculated that these could refer to JD Vance and Elon Musk, noting that Musk's social media platform X uses a symbol resembling a cross or 'moja'. The prophecy states that the True White Brother, along with these helpers, will guide humanity's choices to usher in a Fifth World of peace and harmony, provided humanity chooses the right path.
However, Banyacya and other Hopi elders have emphasised that the prophecies are guidance and not a direct naming of individuals alive today. The Hopi believe in a cycle of four worlds, with humanity currently in the fourth and final one, which includes a 'Great Purification' brought on by greed and environmental neglect. A peaceful Fifth World awaits if humanity makes the correct choices.
