Zoe & Hamish Blake Host 'Anything But Clothes' Party: A-List's Creative Costumes
Foster-Blake's 'Anything But Clothes' Party Wows Guests

Australian celebrity power couple Zoe and Hamish Blake have once again raised the bar for festive celebrations, hosting an unforgettable 'anything but clothes' party for their famous friends this week.

A Masterpiece of Trinkets and Cardboard

The hosts themselves were the undeniable stars of the soirée, which took place on Tuesday. Zoe Foster Blake, 45, stunned in a breathtaking custom gown crafted by Brisbane designer Rachel Burke. The low-cut dress was a true labour of love, constructed from interlocked chains and adorned with over 1,000 vintage children's trinkets.

"I've been lucky to wear some incredible outfits in my life, but not ONE of them have featured a vintage Miss Piggy Pez," Zoe marvelled on Instagram. She described the piece, which incorporated discarded figurines from her daughter, as a "glorious, whimsical, upcycled masterpiece" and a future family heirloom.

Not to be outdone, Hamish Blake, 44, embraced the theme with a gladiator-inspired ensemble made entirely from meticulously cut and shaped cardboard. The radio personality completed the look with a pink bubble wrap cape and a matching cardboard sword and shield.

Guests Embrace the Unconventional Theme

The couple's well-known friends enthusiastically followed suit with their own inventive interpretations. Comedian Andy Lee and his fiancée, content creator Rebecca Harding, both opted for outfits fashioned from plastic bags. Fellow radio host Michael Wipfli made a dramatic entrance wearing a colourful children's play tunnel.

The guest list was a who's who of Australian media and fashion, including former magazine editors Bronwyn Mccahon in a gown of satin off-cuts and Justine Cullen in an outfit of paper plates and tinfoil. Fashion designer Lesleigh Jermanus turned heads with a hula hoop adorned with tinsel and bows.

A Night of Whimsy and Celebration

The party was documented extensively on social media, showing the couple and their guests in high spirits. Smiles were plentiful as the group gathered for photos, and the festivities included indulgent treats like an enormous raspberry pavlova.

This annual event continues to cement the Blakes' reputation for hosting some of the most creative and talked-about celebrations in the Australian celebrity calendar, proving that festive fun doesn't have to be conventional.
