The 36-year-old DJ and producer shared the joyful news directly with his fans on social media. On the 31st of December 2025, Taggart posted a romantic video to his Instagram account, which boasts over 1.1 million followers. The clip captured the newlyweds in an intimate moment, cuddling and kissing on a picturesque beach, with two majestic horses standing nearby.
The couple simply captioned the upload, "We are married!" The post was swiftly flooded with congratulations, amassing more than 20,000 likes in a short time.
Celebrity Well-Wishes Pour In
A host of famous friends were among the first to celebrate the couple's nuptials. The Chainsmokers' drummer, Matt McGuire, expressed his affection, writing: "Love y'all so much, what a night." Supermodel Nadine Leopold added a heartfelt "Congratulations," while fellow musician Steve Aoki communicated his joy with a string of heart emojis.
The secret ceremony marks the culmination of a romance that led to an engagement last year. In December of the previous year, Taggart proposed to the Brazilian-born model at the famed Giorgio Baldi restaurant in Santa Monica.

The proposal itself was an orchestrated event involving a high-profile accomplice. Taggart had enlisted the help of Ivanka Trump, daughter of former US President Donald J. Trump, to distract Marianne. Trump's role was to take Fonseca out for the evening, ultimately leading her to the location where Taggart was waiting to pop the question.
Reflecting on her part in the scheme at the time, Ivanka Trump addressed Marianne on social media, stating: "It's the only time I'll ever lie to you @MarianneFonseca."
