Vinicius Jr has undergone a bizarre chin harmonisation surgery and now looks like a completely different person.
Just weeks ago the Real Madrid star was flying down the wing looking to make history with Brazil in the World Cup, but the 26-year-old and the Selecao’s dreams ended with a 2-1 defeat to Norway in the round of 16.
Vinicius scored four goals and registered one assist in his five matches in the tournament, and it was expected he would head on holiday to recharge ahead of a fresh campaign at the Santiago Bernabeu, but instead the security at Madrid’s training ground may have a tough time allowing him back in.

It’s reported by Brazilian news site TMC that Vinicius underwent a chin harmonisation procedure at a clinic in Goiania, Brazil, by dermatologist Dr. Alessandro Alarcao.
The surgery is said to “use fillers to sculpt the facial contour.” In this case, Vini wanted to add more definition to his chin, now leaving his face shape massively changed.
Vini and his new chin appeared on an Instagram post by his girlfriend Virginia Fonseca where he posed front-on to the camera. While not as obvious to see in a side view, the surgery was evident immediately.

One of Vini’s friends posted a video of the Real Madrid signing a Los Blancos shirt with his new look obvious from the side.
Followers in the comments section also picked up on Vini’s surgery work, as one said: “Did anyone notice that Vini is different? his chin is bigger, he has changed a lot, even his smile.”
Vini’s girlfriend Virginia is clearly a fan of his surgery after posting the picture of the two together as she turns the other chin, rather than the other cheek, as the couple still appear to be going well despite the winger getting himself in hot water over a flirting storm.
He was left red faced last October when he issued a grovelling apology to the presenter after she found he had sent flirtatious messages to another woman.
However, they appear to have moved past the drama as Virginia told how she is smitten with Vinicius despite the demands of his career.
She said: “I'm very happy in this relationship. That's why I prioritise it, making it work. It's a demanding relationship; you have to have a schedule for everything, follow everything perfectly.”
