The mother of the Minneapolis school shooter has spoken out in a devastating account of how her son fell under the influence of radical transgender ideologies before opening fire at TIES Academy.
In an exclusive interview, Mary Marmor reveals the heartbreaking journey of her son, Airon, who was fatally shot by police after wounding two staff members in September 2023. The 23-year-old had become increasingly radicalised by teachers and online content, leading to the tragic events that unfolded at the specialised school.
The Radicalisation Process
According to Marmor, teachers at TIES Academy actively encouraged her son's transition and radical beliefs without parental consent. "They were telling him he was born in the wrong body," she stated. "They took my child and turned him against me."
The school environment, combined with extensive exposure to extreme online content, created a perfect storm that ultimately led to violence. Marmor describes how her son's personality dramatically changed as he became increasingly immersed in radical transgender communities both online and within the school system.
