A serious police incident has led to the lockdown of a residential street in Hartlepool, resulting in two arrests and a significant emergency service presence.
Police Swarm Allerton Close
The incident occurred on Allerton Close, a cul-de-sac off Milbank Road, between 10am and 11am on Sunday, November 24. The road was immediately closed and has remained sealed off by a police cordon since the event unfolded. A yellow Cleveland Police Matrix van was stationed at the scene to secure the area.
Two Men Arrested in Connection
Cleveland Police have confirmed the arrest of two men, aged 22 and 23, in relation to the incident. The force stated that the individuals are currently assisting officers with their enquiries. Detectives are working at an address on Allerton Close to establish the exact circumstances of what happened and to identify all those involved.
