Surrey Police Appeal for Information on Epstein Files Allegations
Surrey Police have issued a public appeal for individuals with any knowledge to step forward regarding serious claims of human trafficking and sexual assault connected to the Epstein files. The force has highlighted allegations that emerged following the release of documents by the US Department of Justice in December 2025.
Details of the Allegations and Police Response
In an official statement, Surrey Police confirmed they became aware of a redacted report alleging non-recent human trafficking and sexual assaults on a minor. These incidents are said to have occurred in Virginia Water, Surrey, between 1994 and 1996. After conducting a thorough review of their systems using the limited information available, the police found no prior evidence of these allegations being reported to them.
We therefore encourage anyone with information in relation to these allegations to report this to us online, or via 101, the statement emphasised. The force reiterated its commitment to taking all reports of child and sexual abuse with the utmost seriousness.
Ongoing Investigation and Coordination Efforts
Surrey Police have assured the public that should new and relevant information come to light, including any details resulting from the release of materials in the US, they will assess it promptly. Where relevant, and via the national coordination group, we will engage with law enforcement agencies to obtain access to further information which may support our enquiries, the statement added.
The police have stressed the importance of reviewing any information objectively and without speculation. Updates on the case will be provided only when available and will be shared on their official channels to maintain transparency and accuracy.
