
Detectives from the Metropolitan Police are urgently appealing to the public after a bold daylight incident in Ilford, East London. The force has released clear CCTV images of two suspects wanted in connection with the event.
The incident, which targeted a commercial premises, saw two individuals operating with apparent disregard for the public. The Metropolitan Police have not disclosed specific details about what was taken but have classified the event as a serious offence.
In a direct appeal to the community, a spokesperson for the Met said: "We believe these men have information that could prove vital to our investigation. If you recognise them, or have any information at all, it is crucial that you come forward."
Investigators are pursuing several lines of enquiry and are keen to speak to anyone who was in the vicinity at the time who might have witnessed suspicious activity, even if it seemed minor at the time.
