A family's dream holiday turned into a nightmare after they were forced to stay in what they described as a 'filthy' hotel due to overbooking, leaving them in appalling conditions.
The distressed family, who had booked their stay in advance, arrived at their destination only to be told their original accommodation was unavailable. Instead, they were relocated to a substandard hotel, which they claim was unclean and poorly maintained.
'Disgusting' Conditions
The family shared shocking images of stained bedding, dirty floors, and mouldy bathrooms, expressing their fury at the unacceptable conditions. 'We paid good money for a decent holiday, not to be treated like this,' one family member said.

Their planned week of relaxation quickly turned into a stressful ordeal, with complaints to hotel management allegedly falling on deaf ears. 'We felt trapped and helpless,' they added.
