The famous Coca-Cola Christmas Truck is continuing its festive journey across the UK, with its next destination now officially confirmed. This week, the beloved holiday tour will be making a highly anticipated stop in Leeds, bringing festive cheer and complimentary drinks to the city.
Leeds Stop: All the Essential Details
The iconic red truck will be stationed at the Asda store on Killingbeck Drive in Seacroft, Leeds. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, December 3, with gates open to the public from 12 pm until 8 pm. This free event offers families and friends a chance to experience a slice of Christmas magic, perfectly capturing the spirit of the season.
What Visitors Can Expect This Year
As in previous years, attendees will be treated to complimentary ice-cold cans of Coca-Cola. Guests can choose from Original Taste, Coke Zero, or Diet Coke. However, 2025 introduces a special new feature that allows visitors to create lasting memories. For the first time, people can turn photos taken with loved ones at the truck into unique, personalised Christmas baubles, offering a special souvenir from the day.
The truck itself is a nostalgic sight, closely resembling the vehicle featured in Coca-Cola's first Christmas advert from 1995, "Holidays Are Coming". The tour has become a staple of the British festive calendar, running for 15 consecutive years. Last year's tour attracted over 53,000 visitors nationwide, demonstrating its enduring popularity.
The 2025 Tour's Journey So Far
This year's nationwide tour began in Edinburgh during November. Following its launch, the truck has already brought festive cheer to several cities, including:
- Burton-upon-Trent
- Bradford
- Manchester
- Liverpool
The 2024 tour concluded in Cardiff on December 22 after visiting numerous locations including London, Belfast, Gateshead, and Birmingham. The Leeds stop is a key part of this year's schedule, promising photo opportunities, festive music, and the chance to be part of a long-standing British Christmas tradition.
