Wetherspoons recently opened its first venue in Spain, at Alicante Airport in February. The menu there offers a range of food and drink staples, such as traditional breakfasts, burgers and pizzas, as well as draught beer, wine, craft beer and ale, along with some Spanish-inspired drinks and dishes, such as garlic prawns and Spanish omelettes.

The company has also confirmed two new airside pubs at Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport, another Spanish airport popular with Brits.
