Shoppers are praising an electric spin scrubber they say takes the elbow grease out of cleaning. The Leebein Electric Spin Scrubber is available at £34.99, down from £38.99 at Amazon, and has seen over 1,000 bought in the past month.
Features and Design
The rechargeable scrubber comes with eight interchangeable heads for different surfaces, including a flat brush for floors and walls, a corner brush for grout, taps and edges, plus cloth and sponge attachments for furniture and windows. Its telescopic handle adjusts from 12 to 54 inches, helping shoppers reach higher or awkward areas while reducing the need to bend or kneel.
There are two speed settings of 300rpm and 400rpm, and the rechargeable battery provides up to 90 minutes of use following a three-hour USB-C charge. A battery display makes it easier to see when it's running low.
Ratings and Reviews
The Leebein Electric Spin Scrubber has a 4.3 out of 5 star rating on Amazon from over 23,000 reviews. One person said: “I've been in two minds where I need this. And I do. Cuts cleaning time in more than half. Honestly the best buy yet. Clean anything. Bath, shower, doors, no more elbow grease needed.”
Another added: “I’m genuinely impressed with the Leebein Electric Spin Scrubber. Cleaning the bathroom used to be one of the most tiring jobs in the house, especially scrubbing grout, shower doors, and tile corners, but this scrubber has made a huge difference. The spinning power cuts through soap scum and dirt with very little effort, and my surfaces look noticeably cleaner in less time.”
A third wrote: “Amazing! I’ve been struggling to give my shower a good, thorough, deep clean, particularly the base, in the corners, and in the hard-to-get places that gather mould/scum. This little gadget, with its various attachment brushes, has blown me away! It’s so easy to use, does a great job cleaning, and saves my back and knees! My shower is now pristine!”
Practical Details and Alternatives
The IPX7-rated brush can be rinsed under the tap after use, although the manufacturer warns it shouldn't be operated underwater. It comes with a 90-day refund period and a two-year extended protection plan. The white version is currently reduced to £34.99, with black available at £29.98 and rose pink at £34.99.
Some reviewers noted drawbacks. One person said: “I wish I could give this product four stars. It's honestly amazing and has been a huge game changer to my cleaning routine. Battery life is epic. The problem is the construction of the little bit where you plug the USB-C cable is shaped somewhat oddly so at first I was convinced I was never going to be able to connect for a charge. After many attempts and almost forcing the cable in, I was finally able to connect and charge it.” Another commented: “It did the job but the quality could have been better.”
Alternatives include the JML Hurricane Spin Electric Cleaning Scrubber at Argos for £39.99, which has a long handle that can extend to over four feet and comes with three interchangeable heads. Debenhams offers the Spetlek 7 in 1 Electric Spin Scrubber for £49.99, down from £55.99, with seven interchangeable brush heads and 90 minutes of cordless power.
