Sephora will open its first Scottish store at Edinburgh's St James Quarter on Thursday, July 9, with grand opening celebrations starting at 8am and the store officially opening at 10am. The launch is part of Sephora's continued UK expansion and promises exclusive giveaways, new product launches, and brands not previously available in physical shops in Scotland.

Queue entertainment and surprises will begin from 8am, followed by a grand opening ceremony with a ribbon cutting and a performance from Sephora's Beauty Advisors. Early customers who make a purchase—with no minimum spend required—will receive a Sephora Beauty Bonus Card, guaranteeing a prize. Some shoppers will also win coveted goodie bags packed with beauty treats and exclusive surprises.
Brands and Exclusive Products
The Edinburgh store will stock Sephora UK exclusives alongside major brands including rhode, HAUS LABS, Makeup by Mario, Merit Beauty, INNBeauty Project, Tower 28, and Half Magic. Many of these brands will be available in person in Scotland for the first time. New launches include rhode's Highlight Milk and Pocket Bronze, the Benefit Pocket Pal, Kosas Cloud Set Loose extended shades, a first-at-Sephora launch from Dolce & Gabbana Beauty, and fragrance brand PHLUR.
In-Store Experiences
Customers can book Sephora's signature makeup services, with the cost redeemable against products purchased on the day. The store also features the Beauty Scan Tool, which analyses skin tone to recommend the perfect foundation shade and create a personalised beauty routine.
Second Scottish Store in Glasgow
Sephora will open a second Scottish store at Silverburn Shopping Centre in Glasgow on August 13, further expanding its presence in the country.
