Customer reviews

The Lugg Jetset has a 4.3 out of 5 star rating from nearly 3,000 reviews on Amazon. One five-star reviewer said: “I bought this for my wife to use when travelling across the country for work, and she absolutely loves it. It’s lightweight but still feels sturdy and well-made, which makes it perfect for regular travel, which can often mean bumps and bangs.” Another reviewed: “Stunning case! So big inside and the storage is great. The zip compartment is a good size too. It looks far more expensive than it was, truly elegant and a great addition to lighter travel!” A third wrote: “Surprisingly sturdy and spacious. Great wheel manoeuvre and lovely colour. Love it - didn’t have to pop under the seat as there was space above so can’t actually confirm it fits!”

Not all reviews were positive. One customer noted: “Nice case and a lovely colour but just got back from a holiday, and the corner has a massive dent in it. I suppose you get what you pay for? It's not broken or cracked, so it is still usable.” Another said: “Really happy with this product, great size, lightweight. It loses one star based on not having a carry handle and no inside mesh compartment to keep the things in the case. Other than that I’m really happy with it, nice design and colour, good value for money.”
