Aldi has announced a massive Easter giveaway, offering 40,000 free packets of its popular Choceur Mini Chocolate Eggs to shoppers. Customers can claim a £5 voucher, enough to purchase five bags of the eggs, each priced at just 99p.
The supermarket's Choceur Mini Chocolate Eggs have been praised for their taste and value, with a typical Cadbury Mini Egg packet retailing at £2. Aldi's version offers a 51% saving. Influencer @BeccaEatsEverything awarded the product a 9/10 in a TikTok clip with over 740,000 views, calling them 'incredible'.
The giveaway follows Aldi's playful targeting of Cadbury World last week, where an Aldi van and personnel offered complimentary Choceur Mini Chocolate Eggs to visitors. Julie Ashfield, Chief Commercial Officer at Aldi UK, said: 'What better way to celebrate our popular Choceur Mini Chocolate Eggs than by doing a huge giveaway.'
Shoppers can enter the giveaway by emailing EggGiveaway@aldi.co.uk before Friday, March 27. The vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
