Molly-Mae's first Manchester flat listed for £185k

The first Manchester flat that Molly-Mae Hague lived in before finding fame on Love Island has been put on the market for £185,000. The influencer, 27, lived in the apartment on the border of Ancoats and New Islington in 2019, before appearing on the ITV2 dating show.

From Love Island to family home

It was on Love Island that Molly-Mae met her fiancé, Tommy Fury, and the pair briefly lived together in the one-bed flat after returning from Mallorca. The couple, who now share two children - daughter Bambi, three, and four-month-old son Midas - then moved into a penthouse in Ancoats before renting a luxury home in Hale.

The Hale property was subsequently targeted by thieves in an £800,000 burglary, during which the house was reportedly 'ransacked'. Molly-Mae then purchased a £3.8 million Cheshire mansion in April 2022, which her and Tommy lived in with their daughter Bambi before their brief split in 2024.

Return to the flat

After getting back together, and having their son Midas, the couple now live in a Victorian mansion in Cheshire with an indoor swimming pool. This week, Molly-Mae returned to her first ever flat in Manchester to give fans a tour. The one-bed property has floor-to-ceiling windows with views over the city.

Sharing a video on TikTok, Molly-Mae wrote: "Can't believe I got to go back here," as she opened the door to the flat before showing off the open-plan kitchen and living space. The caption on the video read: "If you know where I am... you've been here a while."

Landlord's memories

Chris Thomas, Molly-Mae's former landlord and owner of the apartment, told the M.E.N: "Molly-Mae was my tenant there in 2019, immediately before she entered Love Island. I met her at the flat at the time and remember her very fondly - she was a lovely, polite and down-to-earth young woman, and an excellent tenant who looked after the apartment very well."

"I met her again at the apartment yesterday while she was filming. It was great to see her again after all these years. I don't think the fame has changed her at all; she's the same friendly girl that I remember. She must be a great businesswoman to have achieved so much at a young age." Chris added: "Looking back now, it's quite remarkable to think that this was Molly-Mae's Manchester home at the very start of what became such an extraordinary career."
