Trump Aide Natalie Harp Dubbed 'Next Melania' at FIFA Event

Social media users are speculating that Donald Trump's 34-year-old aide Natalie Harp is being 'transformed' into the role of Ivanka Trump, after a number of high profile appearances with the President.

FIFA Reception Appearance

On Friday, July 17, President Donald Trump's stylish aide, who once claimed he loved her 'as much as his wife and kids,' joined him at a FIFA event in New York City. Dressed in a figure-hugging, bright pink dress with her signature platinum blonde hair swept back, Harp's presence at the event led to online questions. One user asked, 'Republicans and their family values. Didn't Trump have a wife? Why is Natalie Harp there instead of Melania?'

Another echoed this sentiment, quipping, 'She's auditioning to be the next Melania,' which led a third to comment, 'Where's Melania? Parking cars for the valet?' Some shifted focus to other women in Trump's circle, such as press secretary Karoline Leavitt, 28, whom he once accused of having 'machine gun lips.' One user queried, 'Does machine gun lips Leavitt know that the harp woman showed up?' Another asked, 'Why does she look like Ivanka?' while a sixth added, 'Aww, Ivanka's replacement... that's nice.'

Trump's Inner Circle

From photos taken at the event, Harp seemed to be the only female member of Trump's team accompanying him. During the gathering, Trump addressed an audience of around 300 guests, including FIFA president Gianni Infantino. Late last year, Infantino awarded Trump the newly established FIFA Peace Prize, just weeks before Trump sanctioned military operations against Iran, which are still in progress. Speaking at his Midtown tower on Friday, Trump voiced excitement for the U.S. hosting another World Cup, but this time without Canada or Mexico.

Harp's Role and Background

Harp, a conservative ex-TV personality, has been seen more frequently by the president's side during various high-profile events. On Wednesday, she was snapped in Pennsylvania standing behind Trump, who had visited the state for a defence roundtable discussion. She has been described as 'totally devoted' to the president and has publicly thanked him for 'helping' her beat a rare form of stage 2 bone cancer after Trump passed the federal 'Right to Try' Act. This legislation gave terminally ill patients access to experimental treatments, ultimately aiding her recovery.

Harp regularly accompanies the leader, transporting a printer, supplying him with articles and social media material, and conducting online searches at his behest. This has led to her being widely dubbed his 'human printer.' The president has lauded Harp as among his 'most loyal aides,' and has allegedly informed White House personnel that she was 'the only one who loved him as much as his wife and kids.'
