Controversial Manosphere Influencer Sneako Assaulted During NYC Livestream

Controversial online personality Sneako is recovering after being violently assaulted during a public livestream in New York City. The incident, which occurred on Tuesday in Manhattan, was captured live on his Kick streaming channel and has since circulated widely across social media platforms.

The Violent Confrontation

Video footage from the broadcast shows Sneako, whose real name is Nicolas Kenn De Balinthazy, walking through Manhattan streets while intently staring at his phone. Suddenly, an unidentified man approaches from behind and delivers a powerful punch directly to the influencer's face. The assailant then wraps his arms around Sneako's neck, dragging him to the ground in a chokehold before the video abruptly cuts off.

Moments before the physical confrontation, the 27-year-old influencer had been ranting during his stream, making inflammatory statements including suggesting that men who masturbate should face public execution. Sneako has built his online presence around right-wing ideology and controversial perspectives associated with the "manosphere" - a network of online communities frequently criticized for promoting misogyny and toxic masculinity.

Sneako's Response and Injuries

Shortly after the attack, Sneako posted on X stating, "Im fine we got it handled," and promised to return to streaming within an hour. True to his word, he subsequently went live to discuss the incident while displaying visible injuries including a chipped tooth.

During his post-attack livestream, Sneako provided additional details about the confrontation. "I got hit, you can see it in the video," he acknowledged. "I'm just going to be honest [because] everybody said that I could manipulate the situation and lie and stuff like that."

The influencer described being struck multiple times before his attacker deployed pepper spray and fled the scene. "I had never been maced before. It was okay, [I] just washed it out I'm fine. This was literally one hour ago," he explained to his audience.

Targeted Attack Allegations

Sneako strongly suggested the assault was premeditated rather than random. "One hundred percent, this doesn't make sense that it was a random person. He had it ready like that," he asserted during his broadcast. Reviewing the footage with his viewers, he characterized his attacker as "a coward" for striking him when he wasn't looking, while clarifying that he was not knocked unconscious during the altercation.

"It could have been way worse," Sneako reassured his followers. "Don't worry about me." Despite his claims of recovery, the original clip showing the attack has been removed from his archived livestream, though it continues to circulate on social media where critics have mocked the influencer for the assault.

Broader Manosphere Context

Sneako gained additional notoriety through his inclusion in Louis Theroux's documentary Inside the Manosphere, which featured alongside other controversial figures including HSTikkyTokky, Myron Gaines, and Ed Matthews. The incident occurs amid ongoing scrutiny of manosphere communities and their influence on online discourse.

In a separate but related development within these online spheres, another streamer known as Clavicular was hospitalized Tuesday night following a suspected overdose during a livestream. Reports indicate Clavicular is now in stable condition, highlighting the volatile nature of this particular online ecosystem.

As of now, Sneako's attacker remains unidentified, and authorities have not disclosed any potential motives behind the confrontation. The incident raises questions about the real-world consequences of inflammatory online rhetoric and the personal safety risks facing controversial digital personalities who broadcast their lives publicly.
